I have always been deeply interested in mental health and social work, drawn to how support, advocacy, and understanding can transform lives. From an early age, I recognized the impact of trauma, systemic barriers, and life’s hardships on well-being. At the same time, I witnessed the resilience that emerges when individuals are given the right tools to heal and grow. This passion led me to pursue a career in social work, where I could make a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing mental health challenges, intimate partner violence (IPV), and housing instability.
Now, as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW), I specialize in mental health, trauma recovery, and crisis intervention. With extensive experience supporting individuals and families affected by IPV, housing instability, and systemic barriers, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I am practicing Psychotherapy and Mental Health Support to help individuals process their experiences, guiding them from survival to healing. I remember sitting across from someone who had carried their pain in silence for years. Their words were hesitant and fragmented as if speaking their truth would make it too real. But even in the quiet, I could feel the weight of their story. Session by session, I watched as their voice grew stronger and their shoulders a little lighter. I’ve seen the power of healing—when survival turns into empowerment, and fear transforms into self-compassion.
My work is more than just listening; it’s about walking alongside those ready to take the first step. Healing is not a straight path, but with the proper support, it is possible. If you’re prepared to begin your journey, I’m here to walk with you
